What we require

Must be a file of 5+ cases, with a last known address of each subject which is no older than 6 years

We require the following for batch tracing in excel format with the following headers and data population

• Name of subject to trace - first and last (required)

• Last known address (required & no older than 6 years)

Useful additional data

• Date of birth

IMPORTANT

We only accept batch instructions from trading companies who intend to use our volume tracing service by instructing regular volumes of work if you are a member of the general public or a business that has a one-off case then you must use our services here and not use this batch service.

Batch tracing will include the following data points

• Current residential address
  
• Registered landline*
  
• Registered mobile number*
  
• Associated email addresses*

All of our batch people tracing services are offered on a no trace no fee basis, just place your initial order with us and we will investigate the batch people trace matter and return the completed file with the traced results in 15 working days. Any negative traces will be refunded at the same time the report file is issued.

Our investigation partners will provide you with the current data of the subjects which will of been verified via two separate information sources and is guaranteed to be a current address for the subjects on the date the reports are generated. We underwrite this information for 30 days, so in the event, you feel the information is incorrect we will recheck the case for you free of any charge for 30 days.

All data will be returned in an excel .csv format to allow the data to be imported to your systems, this return file will be password protected and encrypted.
