In a nutshell, we typically email trace results within a week. If the subject isn’t located, our expert tracing team takes over. Their in-depth research may span up to 30 days for complex cases.
After 30 days, cases either conclude with successful tracing or get refunded under our ‘no trace, no fee’ policy, where applicable. This thorough process helps us resolve most cases, even if it takes a bit longer.
